Gareth Bale played for Real Madrid for seven years until last summer.
He scored 80 goals in 171 games, was a partner in winning four European Cups in five years and collaborated wonderfully with Cristiano Ronaldo and Kerim Benzema.
At the same time, last season, he got tired of Zinedine Zidane, the fans and six months ago he went on loan to the team from which he came to the Santiago Bernabeu - Tottenham.
The comeback to London started very badly with a weak ability and continued injuries that accompanied him last year in the Spanish capital, but recently he has started to recover and get back to himself.
Now, as he prepares with the Wales squad for the opening of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, he surprised in the journey and said he aspires to return to Real.
"The main reason I agreed to return to Tottenham was to play football first and foremost," said the winger who will celebrate July 32.
"I wanted to be fit for the Euros. The original plan was to stay one season at Tottenham, and complete the rest of my contract at Real Madrid. The plan is to return to Real, there is no reason for that not to happen," he added.

Bale has signed a Real contract until the summer of 2022 and it will be interesting to see if Zidane or any other coach who coaches the Blancos next season, will want to get him back.
Real really want to sign Killian Ambape and Arling Holland and may aspire to get money for Bale, a year before the end of his contract and not lose him for free.
