The athletes of TSV Jahn Freising trained together in the Savoy Au area on Friday.
But it was a one-time affair for the time being.
Freising
- Everyone was looking forward to this day, but ultimately it was only a short and initially unique intermezzo: The athletes of TSV Jahn Freising met on Friday in the stadium in the Savoyer Au for a joint training - in small groups and with a lot of distance as it should be in Corona times.
Great mood after long months of lockdown
Jahn department head Martin Ehrmeier was satisfied after the "test opening" of the athletics division.
“We practiced for an hour and a half.
Javelin throwing and light running training with distances between 200 and 800 meters were on the program, ”he explains.
The mood among the coaches and athletes was excellent after long months of lockdown - even a winter thunderstorm with sleet showers could not have clouded them.
Corona: TSV Jahn Freising has to stop training again
In stark contrast to the occurrence of infection - the incidence value in the district has been over 100 again since the weekend. "This is the end of the case, we have to stop training," Ehrmeier regrets.
That means: The athletes have to work through their individual training plans on their own or in a family group.
"It is a pity, especially for the children and young people who urgently need a balance to homeschooling."
