There will be no Parisian derby between two clubs which only have to cross the ring road to compete.
The match between GPSO 92 Issy and Paris FC scheduled for the 17th day of the French Championship is postponed.
Tests carried out in recent hours in the PFC workforce have shown several positive cases for Covid-19 in the Paris workforce.
"Following the discovery of several positive cases for Covid-19 within the workforce of Paris FC, the match opposing it to GPSO Issy 92, next Saturday March 27 is definitively postponed," said the PFC in a press release.
A few minutes later, the FFF took note of this postponement.
The PFC, on the other hand, does not communicate the number of positive cases in its workforce or the identity of the patients.
We therefore do not know if this concerns players or staff members.
In the ranking of the D1 Arkema, the PFC occupies 4th place while its neighbor from Issa is more in difficulty, in 11th and penultimate place in a ranking dominated by PSG and Lyon who face each other this Wednesday evening in a shock at the top of the Champions League.
