The board of directors of the leagues approved today (Wednesday) at its meeting today the opening dates of the 2021/22 season in the Premier League, which will start on August 28, the National League will start two days before that, on August 26.
The Champions League match, between the champion and the trophy holder, will take place on July 24 when the champion will host the match.

The system uses revolutionary image processing technology to upload a distinctly different line connected to the pitch, without the required sensors in the cameras.
The determination of the dividing line is done automatically within a few seconds.
The system also ensures a high level of reliability even in extreme weather conditions such as snow, fog and smoke, as well as in very small stadiums (the height of the cameras should be at least 4 meters above the ground).
The chairman of the board, Erez Kalfon, addressed the issue of referees and aids in the yeshiva and said: “We took it upon ourselves to be one of the first leagues in the world to introduce VAR and we all saw the importance of system interference in games still played in international settings without such a system.
