According to information from Cadena Cope, Juan Cala did not utter racist insults against the French defender, Mouctar Diakhaby during the meeting between Cadiz and Valencia on Sunday.
While the Cadiz player proclaims his innocence from the start in this case and ensures that he has not uttered any insult, the company of lip reading experts mandated by La Liga assures that it has not found formal evidence proving the terms "black shit".
The report is expected to be made public on Friday and therefore would not go in favor of the Valencia CF player.
