The Black Bears have signed a new coach.
Freising
- There is still a long and uncertain road to the start of the ice hockey season.
The Black Bears have already set the course for a successful national league season 2021/22.
This had become necessary because the previous coach Michael Schneidawind will no longer be available as a trainer for the first team for professional reasons.
So game director Gregor Tomasik acted and benefited from his good contacts in the ice hockey scene.
With the engagement of Heinz Feilmeier, a well-known and very experienced Bayern league coach was won, who previously coached in Pfaffenhofen, Dorfen and Germering, among others.
After his involvement with the Passau Black Hawks, he took a break, but now he's again itchy about the prospect of ice, skates and the fastest team sport in the world.

Feilmeier chose the regional league and thus the Black Bears because the Bayern league requires a very high amount of time in the long run.
So now there is enough time to put together a powerful team together with game master Tomasik.
The talks are ongoing and most of the top performers will probably remain.
Now it is important to make targeted additions, to promote young players and to stabilize them for the regional league.
As far as can be calculated in view of the ongoing pandemic, the state league is to start playing in mid-October 2021, with or without spectators.
It is thought that the preliminary round should be held in three or four groups;
this reduces long journeys and generates time windows in order to be able to compensate for game failures or cancellations due to corona.
