Barcelona are not calm after the second loss this season to the arch-rival in the Spanish Clasico.
Real Madrid won yesterday (Saturday) at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium with a result of 1: 2 and rose to first place in the table, at least until Atletico Madrid's game tonight against Betis (22:00).
The king of Clasico goals, Lionel Messi, failed to score yesterday and looked particularly frustrated.
The TV cameras documented the flea confronting during the game with referee Hussein Chail for not just whistling for Pendel to win Barcelona.
The judge said to him, "Do you know the rules? If not, I will explain them to you later."
Messi responded: "Speak beautifully and respectfully."
Luca Modric teased Gerard Pique at the end of the game and asked him, "Now is the time you are going to complain as always, isn't it?"
Coach Ronald Koeman attacked the referee at the end of the game: "There was a clear penalty, the whole world saw that there was a penalty, maybe the referee did not see but for that there is a VAR. The players were sad in the locker room because of the referee's decision."
However, the coach showed optimism towards the continuation of the league games: "We have proved that we are fighting and there are many more games until the end. We will fight for the championship until the last game."
On the winning side, Zinedine Zidane celebrated the seasonal sweep over the big rival: "We deserved to win and hugely. It is very important that we scored three points. There is still a lot of time left and we must not do silly things.
Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois concluded: "I am very pleased with the result. The second half was complex, we were unable to take advantage of the explosive attacks. We were lucky in the end with the crossbar, sometimes we need a little luck."
