Businessman and entrepreneur Shai Schatzberg is close to becoming one of Hapoel Tel Aviv's new owners and replacing Zeev Greenberg, one of the club's current partners.
Schatzberg has reached an agreement with Greenberg to buy all 25% of his shares in the club after negotiations lasting more than a month.
Schatzberg, 39, is a fan of the group, owns media companies, owns the TV channel GRAM and also authored the book called The Phoenix.
