Unsurprisingly, Florentino Perez will remain the president of Real Madrid until 2025. No other candidate had declared himself before the deadline for submitting an application set for Monday evening.
The only candidate in the running, Perez therefore remains in the presidency of the “White House”.
A new mandate where Perez will be able to inaugurate the new Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, a project which should bring in nearly 200 million Euros per year to the Merengue club.
The new enclosure should be ready for the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023. The president of Madrid is also expected on the transfer market.
The names of Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland come back with insistence on the side of Madrid.
Perez will also have to lead the negotiations for the extension of Sergio Ramos, at the end of the contract next June.
