A Madrid court on Tuesday banned in summary proceedings to UEFA and Fifa any measure against the launch of the Super League, the first legal victory for this dissident private competition which opened a conflict in European football, according to the decision obtained by the AFP. In this text, the Commercial Court n ° 17 of Madrid indicates having "ordered" FIFA and UEFA, until the case is judged on the merits, "to refrain from adopting any measure or action ( ...) which prevents or poses difficulties, directly or indirectly, in the preparation of the Football Super League. " This court specifies, moreover, to have prohibited the two authorities to take "disciplinary measures or sanctions" against the clubs,leaders and players involved in the preparation of the Super League. It forbids them, in particular, "to exclude clubs and / or players (...) from any international or national club competition."

" The idea was to undermine in advance the reprisals of the two bodies, which threatened in January to exclude dissidents from their competitions, depriving for example of Euro and World Cup players involved in this private tournament.
