With fans in the background protesting the expected joining of the Super League, Liverpool failed tonight (Monday) to slip back into the top four in the Premier League after a dramatic 1-1 draw away to Leeds.
Jurgen Klopp's side, who came into the match after being relegated from the Champions League by Real Madrid, have lost two important points and are now left out of the top four.
The game opened with red pressure, which eventually paid off after half an hour - Alexander Arnold left with a touch, which is hard to teach a great ball to Mana in front of an empty net, had no trouble determining Liverpool's precious advantage.
Beginning in the 60th minute, the (former) champion simply disappeared from the grass and allowed the host to take control of the game, but Harrison and Roberts' misses, left the result intact only until the 87th minute.
At that moment, Diego Jornetta took advantage of a great raise to slam in Leeds' precious equalizer.
