We have to recognize that the feeling of not being sufficiently based on sporting merit to enter the Super League. We had doubts about the subject from the start, and we were confident that there would be future discussions and consultations with stakeholders, as well as other project concepts that we had doubts about. We are deeply convinced that we must protect the structure that allows clubs,for players and other supporters to dream and achieve their success. ”

The management intends to discuss with its supporters in the future
While the Chelsea Supporters' Trust association called for the resignation of owner Roman Abramovich and the London board, management announced future consultations with supporters.
