The basketball Premier League games continue tonight (Saturday).
In the Edges game, Maccabi Haifa hopes to take a significant step outside the bottom when it hosts the leader Maccabi Tel Aviv.
The second in the table, Hapoel Eilat, played an away game against Hapoel Beer Sheva, which will focus until the end of the season on trying to get a ticket to the playoffs.

Maccabi Haifa - Maccabi Tel Aviv
16 days since the big victory over Nes Ziona, Maccabi Haifa returns to the floor when it sees its gap from the teams above the red line only opening up. Haifa know that despite its poor condition, it is still dependent on itself, and must try and achieve one victory in its last two home games in the regular season to reach the bottom house in reasonable condition. On the other hand, the loss to Gilboa / Galil at the beginning of the week caused unrest at Maccabi Tel Aviv, which although it secured first place in the regular league but knows that in the ability shown in Gan Ner, they should be apprehensive ahead of the Upper House games. The professional team did not like the ability of a significant portion of the players, and coach Yannis Sapropoulos made changes to the rotation ahead of the Romema tackle, with Chris Jones who has not dressed in the last two games returning to the squad, as well as Angelo Cloiaro, who has dressed for eight league games. Along with them, Dragon Bender is also on the roster. Ante Žižić, Elijah Bryant and Tyler Dorsey did not dress for the match.

Hapoel Beer Sheva's run towards the upper house was interrupted about two weeks ago with the home loss to Hapoel Haifa and now Rami Hadar's team will strive to try to take the place of the playoffs through the lower house.
Beer Sheva knows that its battle for 7-8 places will be with Maccabi Rishon Lezion and Nes Ziona, and in order to reach the best possible situation, it will try to achieve a home victory in one of the last two home games of the season against the two leaders.
On the other hand, Hapoel Eilat's big victory over Nahariya has not yet secured second place for Ariel Beit Halachmi's team.
To secure second place, Eilat will have to beat Beer Sheva or hope for a loss to Hapoel Holon in one of its next two games.
