Football national goalkeeper Almuth Schult has experienced an unexcited Bundesliga comeback with VfL Wolfsburg after almost two years.
The 30-year-old got hardly anything to do in the clear 4-0 (1-0) of the wolf on the 19th matchday at bottom MSV Duisburg.
Wolfsburg is sticking to front runner FC Bayern Munich, who won 3-2 (2-1) at Turbine Potsdam on Wednesday.
“I'm glad we won and played to zero.

During the summer break of 2019, Schult first had a shoulder operation and then became pregnant.
The Olympic champion gave birth to twins in April 2020 and since then has only played for the Wolfsburg second team in competitive games.
