On the way to a historic hoist?

Urbani Ness Ziona is trying to win a historic trophy tonight (Sunday), when it meets the Polish Stal Ostrov for the final game of the European Cup.

The Oranges, who defeated Russian Pharma quite dramatically in the semi-finals on Friday, want to sign a wonderful European season and join Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Jerusalem, as the only two Israelis to win international trophies so far.

4,000 spectators - the maximum number allowed to enter - support the stands of Yad Eliyahu.

Captain Tal Dan, who injured his hand, will play his last game of the season tonight, at the end of which he will undergo surgery.

He very much hopes to finish it off with a trophy.

The Polish team is one of the strongest in the factory and they have already defeated Ness Ziona 86:93 in the home stage.

She later ousted teams from the Netherlands, Belgium and Romania one after the other and for tonight's game she showed up after a campaign free of losses.

At the same time, Ness Ziona hopes that the support of the home team will lead to a win.
