The Paris SG women's team was hung 1-1 by FC Barcelona on Sunday in Saint-Germain-en-Laye in the semi-final first leg of the Champions League, a week before the return leg in Spain.
The Parisiennes, never crowned at the highest European level, were surprised early by “Jenni” Hermoso (13th, 0-1), current top scorer of the 2020-21 edition, but they equalized by Alana Cook (21st , 1-1).
PSG are aiming for a third European final, after those lost in 2015 against Frankfurt and in 2017 against OL.
The final is scheduled for May 16 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
