End of the suspense on May 18th. Didier Deschamps will be expected live on TF1 and M6 TV news - the official co-broadcasters of the France team - to unveil the names of the elected officials who will be part of the Euro adventure (June 11-July 11 ) this summer. To date, UEFA has not decided on the number of players that the coaches will be able to sleep in their list. Due to Covid-19 and the risk of positive elements for the coronavirus, the figure of 26 elements, instead of the usual 23, had been put forward. Still, the boss of the world champions already has in his mind almost all of his group. Few doubts, except injuries, seem to disturb the thinking of the coach.

Friendly matches against Wales and Bulgaria
For the rest, we know more about the schedule for the preparation of the Blues for the Euro.
From May 26, available players will be expected at Clairefontaine and will stay there until June 14, when they leave for Munich for their first match against Germany (June 15, 9 p.m., M6).
Note that during this warm-up period, the Blues will face Wales on Wednesday June 2 in Nice (9:05 p.m., TF1) and on Tuesday June 8 Bulgaria (9:10 p.m., M6) at the Stade de France.
As a reminder, the world champions, who are aiming for the double World Cup-Euro, like their elders in 1998-2000, will challenge, in addition to the Germans in the first round of the European Championship, Hungary (June 19, 3 p.m. on TF1 ) and Portugal (June 23, 9 p.m.).
