Trainer Hirsch had already expected a flawed game in advance due to the lack of match practice - and got to see it.

"Especially in the first half you noticed that we lacked a lot of match practice," said Hirsch.

"We made them pant a lot, and that's why I'm proud of the girls," praised Hirsch.
After a change, Würm-Mittes defense harmonized much better.
The Gündel, now under cover, only allowed one more to follow her five hits from the first round.

Especially Isabella Leube, still goalless in the first half, tore the game to herself.

In the final phase, however, Würm-Mitte acted more luckily in the attack, including a seven-meter throw.
The THC, on the other hand, gave the appropriate answer and ultimately worked out a comfortable four-goal cushion for the second leg next Saturday in Bad Langensalza.
Still, nothing has been decided for Hirsch: “Now we are in the rhythm.
