First the VfB Hallbergmoos extended many contracts, now the club presents a new addition: Felix Bachmann from Allershausen strengthens the outer track.

Hallbergmoos

- The end of the season is imminent, so VfB Hallbergmoos' promotion to the Bavarian League is getting closer.

Accordingly, the plans for the new season are progressing at the still-state league team - and now the first newcomer is wrapped up: With the 21-year-old Felix Bachmann from Allershausen, an ambitious footballer comes for the outside track, which is not overpowering in Hallbergmoos.

Bachmann first played for his hometown club TSV Allershausen and then moved to FC Ingolstadt 04, where the training of the young kicker continued to pick up speed.

A highlight in the 2018/19 season were the 26 games (two goals) in the U19 Bundesliga.

Then it went to the second team of Ingolstadt in the Bayern League, for which he played 21 games and scored one goal.

His next step on the career ladder was to be a football scholarship in the USA, which from a sporting and academic point of view, however, went differently than the student had imagined.

Bachmann broke off.

He went back home and at the beginning of this year had the plan to train at home with TSV Allershausen and finish the season.

However, the corona pandemic thwarted this project.

The subject of professional football is not over yet

Now Felix Bachmann has found a new challenge at VfB Hallbergmoos.

During the discussions with the sports director Anselm Küchle and trainer Gediminas Sugzda “I immediately felt comfortable.

VfB is an ambitious club with which I want to play attractive and successful football. "After his successful youth at FC Ingolstadt, the 21-year-old has not finished the subject of professional football, but has put it on the back burner:" Of course I am open to everything .

But now my focus is on getting the fun of football back. "

Küchle: "Felix is a predestined player for the 3-5-2 system"

Meanwhile, sports director Küchle is convinced that VfB will have a lot of fun with the new addition.

Bachmann represents a slightly more defensive-thinking option for the wing, which you can use for a promotion to the Bayern League against strong teams.

"Felix is a predestined player for the 3-5-2 system," says Küchle, who sees a lot of potential in the young player.

As a winger in an offensive 4-3-3 he does not (yet) see the newcomer.

The kicker from Allershausen is the first obligation for the outer lanes, where VfB wants to position itself qualitatively and quantitatively broader.

As a well-trained, young and ambitious player from the region, Bachmann fits in well with the philosophy of the Hallbergmoosers, who want to build a powerful team over the long term.
