Two players from the English club Leicester City today raised the Palestinian flag after their team's victory over Chelsea in the FA Cup final, as an expression of solidarity with the Palestinian people against the aggressions of the Israeli occupation.
After the referee was announced at the end of the match, the English Leicester City star Hamza Chaudhuri and the Frenchman Wesley Fofana carried the Palestinian flag in solidarity with its people.
The number of victims of the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the sixth day reached 145 martyrs, including 41 children, and the wounded to 1100, including 313 children, in addition to severe damage to property and infrastructure in various areas of the Strip.
Earlier today, Leicester City achieved a big surprise by winning the FA Cup, at the expense of Chelsea in the final with a goal for nothing.
