Lionel Messi scored the goal to advance to Barca in the 28th minute, but Santi Mina equalized the score for the guests after only 10 minutes before adding the second goal in the 89th minute, to evaporate the Blaugrana dream of winning the League title for the second consecutive season.
With this result, Barcelona remained in third place in the League table at 76 points, behind leaders Atlético Madrid by 7 points before one round to the end, while Celta settled in eighth place with 53 points.
