Julian Draxler may not be able to hold his place on Wednesday against Monaco (9.15 p.m., France 2 and Eurosport 2) in the final of the Coupe de France.

Replaced by Rafinha in the 40th minute of the match against Reims (4-0) on Sunday night, due to hamstring discomfort, the German international remained in care on Monday at the Loges camp before going to sign his contract extension which now binds him to Paris until 2024. His presence on the ground at the Stade de France is uncertain.

If Draxler were to forfeit, he would be added to the already confirmed absences of Marco Verratti, Layvin Kurzawa, Juan Bernat and Alexandre Letellier for whom the season has already ended.

Both victims of stomach aches and absent from the scoresheet against the Rémois on Sunday at the Parc des Princes, Abdou Diallo and Idrissa Gueye are doing better.

If they have the approval of the medical profession, they will be able to resume training with the rest of the team on Tuesday, on the eve of facing Monaco.

The final meeting of the Parisians is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the stadium of the Stade de France.
