Syrian athletes are waiting for the twenty-sixth of May, the date of the presidential elections, to participate in their national duty and their constitutional right to vote for the most appropriate candidate who is able to achieve their ambitions, and they confirm that the broad participation is an embodiment of Syrian sovereignty in its decisions and options.
SANA polled the opinions of a number of athletes about the upcoming presidential elections, who indicated that athletes and the masses of sports will participate extensively as a wide segment of the Syrian society to say their word in this event, which is considered a victory for Syria.
