Eran Zehavi's storm of pro - Israel posts has also made headlines in the Netherlands.
Last night (Tuesday), the star of the team posted a "corrected" picture of Manchester United players Paul Pogba and Amad Diallo waving the Palestinian flag after the 1-1 draw with Fulham, and replacing it with the Israeli flag.
This is the second time Zahavi has published such a Photoshop, having done so even after Wesley Popuana and Hamza Chodhuri Malster celebrated in the same way.
Zahavi received a flood of hate speech and threats from Palestinian Palestinians on Instagram and Twitter, and there were also those in the Dutch media who feared that his political involvement would flood the disagreements between PSV Eindhoven players, some of whom posted posts of identification with the Palestinian side last week.
"PSV already thought this story was behind it," wrote one of the Dutch websites, quoting the group's professional manager Ton Harbrandes who expressed hope last week that political matters would remain outside the group's domain.

"Everyone has their own opinion, and it is allowed to be voiced. Eran is a very realistic guy. He expresses his opinion and understands that you do not have to agree with him, that it is not a personal matter," Harbrandes said last week when asked about other Zehavi posts that supported Israel, compared to Palestinian posts. Of other players.
"Everyone respects the opinions of everyone in our group, and luckily this story ends very quickly."
The "Soker News" website wrote that "Zehavi has beaten Palestinian supporters again" and noted that "he has become the unofficial spokesman for his homeland in recent days."
The "Waterball Zone" website stated that "the last time Zahavi spoke on this issue, it led to a conversation in the locker room. It will be interesting to see what happens this time."
