Golf has succeeded in its deconfinement in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. And this for several months already. If the period has been terrible for indoor sports, the followers of the little white ball are, conversely, more and more numerous since the beginning of the health crisis. It is, it is true, one of the few sports that the French have been able to practice despite the restrictions linked to the pandemic. Closed during the first two confinements, the courses in France remained open during the third, mid-March, even in the red zones. If the successive confinements of 2020 had led to a 21.6% drop in the turnover of golf courses in Ile-de-France, and by 20% on average throughout the territory, lovers of this sport and new converts have made up for lost time.
