For the first time in its history, the women's PSG is champion of France.
A title acquired thanks to the success of the Parisiennes against Dijon this Friday (3-0).
Forced to do at least as well as OL, which at the same time received Fleury (8-0), the partners of captain Irene Paredes, Parisian second scorer (61st), did the work to end the hegemony of the Lyonnaises, who remained on 14 titles of champions of France in a row.
This 2020-2021 season thus marks a turning point between the two rivals, while the Rhodaniennes act out a blank season after their defeat against these same Parisiennes in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
