The wonderful series between the Mavericks and Clippers provided the goods once again, with another dramatic game, this time ending in the team's 97: 104 victory from City of Angels, which forced a seventh and decisive game when it was with its back to the wall, a loss away from relegation in the first round.
For the first time in the league's history, all of the first six games in the series were won by the away team - not very encouraging news for LA, which will host the seventh game that will determine who will play against Utah in the next round.

At just the right moment, with his team with his back to the wall, Clippers star Kwai Leonard rose.
The mighty forward who has provided only light sparks so far in the series, exploded tonight as he equaled his career-high in the playoffs with 45 points on a whopping percentage;
18 of 25 from the field (72 percent) and 5 of 9 for three.
He thus became only the fourth player in league history with at least 45 points over 70 percent in a crucial relegation game, behind Jamal Murray, LeBron James and Wilt Chamberlain.
He also had 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.
But even before the win, the Clippers worked hard, probably in front of the wonderful home crowd of Dallas who pushed his team from the first moment.
The Mavericks started the game better and took a promising lead, but Reggie Jackson with 6 of 6 from the field and 14 points left the visitors, who started with both Boban Marianovic and Kristaps Forzingis, in matters.

The two exchanged the lead throughout the match, with Leonard shining in the second quarter with 13 points including 7 straight that brought LA back into the game after a small Dallas escape.
Luka Doncic, who this time had a hard time finding the ring, led his team to a good start to the second half but again the stubborn opponent did not give up, responded with a 0:11 run and returned to the game.
Precisely in the fourth quarter, the team from City of Angels managed to escape, and minutes before the end the story seemed to be over, but the Slovenian prodigy, with his first three-pointer in the game, 5 minutes to the end, got the host back on track when he set 90:85.
But then Leonard showed what material he winks at, when he once again took matters into his own hands on the way to the Clippers' third win in the series.
Apart from Leonard, the winner also excelled in Jackson, who after a great first quarter finished with 25 along with 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
Paul George added 20, 13 rebounds and 6 assists while Doncic finished with 29 points (2 from 9 to 3), 11 assists, 8 rebounds and 4 steals.
Timmy Hardaway Jr. was also good with 23 points, but that was not enough against the stubborn Clippers.
