Barcelona: Dembélé, his head elsewhere?
The soap opera Ousmane Dembélé is far from having delivered its verdict.

explained that disagreements, economically but also sporting, persisted for an extension to FC Barcelona.
The French winger (23) has only one year of contract with Barça.
This Sunday, the Catalan daily notes a growing concern in the Barcelona offices.
Dembélé and his entourage have dragged out the talks for long months, to the point that we wonder if there is not already an agreement to sign a pre-contract on January 1, 2022, and thus leave Barça at the end of contract in a year.
Juventus, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have been cited as potential drop-offs for the former Rennais, whom Barça deemed "untransferable" just a month ago.

Barça eyeing Laporte (Manchester City)
Freshly naturalized Spanish, the former French international hopes Aymeric Laporte (27 years) could find Spain, and not only in selection.
The other major Catalan daily,

, reveals that FC Barcelona are discussing with Manchester City about the central defender.
Despite 27 matches in all competitions this season, Laporte is not a regular holder with the reigning English champions.
Barça would not have the means to make a big offer for a player who spent 8 years at Athletic Bilbao, before being recruited for € 65m by City in 2018. But the versatile side and midfielder Sergi Roberto ( 29 years old) could be offered in exchange to lower the price of Laporte.
Roberto had revealed himself under the orders of Pep Guardiola at Barça, and the Skyblues coach would be delighted to find his foal.
An agreement is far from being concluded, but the two clubs are motivated to "explore joint opportunities".
Gerson at OM, it would be done

, Olympique de Marseille and Flamengo have sealed an agreement for the transfer of midfielder Gerson. The Brazilian (24 years old) should cost OM € 20 million, not to mention any bonuses and a percentage on resale. He has already agreed on the terms of a five-year contract on the Canebière, and his future club would even like to have him available from June 28, the date of the resumption of training. Problem: Flamengo still has eight league days to play, so they would like to keep Gerson until July 10. He will then fly to Tokyo at the end of July to play the Olympic Games with Brazil. Aston Villa will break the bank for Buendia

The 24-year-old Argentine right-winger is coming off an excellent Championship season with 15 goals and 16 assists in 39 matches.
He was even called up for Argentina for the first time this summer.
Aston Villa, 11th in the Premier League last season, is expected to spend between € 35m and € 45m on Buendia.
It would be a record for the club who signed a check for € 34m in Brentford for England center forward Ollie Watkins (25) last year.
