The England national team defeated its Romanian counterpart 1-0 in the match that brought them together yesterday at the end of preparations for the European Football Championship.
Marcus Rashford scored the only goal for England from a penalty kick in the 68th minute of the match.
England will open their campaign in Group D in the European Championship against Croatia at Wembley Stadium next Sunday, before facing Scotland on the eighteenth of this month, and then the Czech Republic four days later.
