Sergio Busquets played with Spain against Portugal on Friday

The Spanish national football team is threatened with the loss of captain Sergio Busquets for the European Football Championship starting on Friday.
The 32-year-old tested positive for the corona virus on Sunday, as the Spanish association announced.
All other players were tested negative.
