On Friday, the representatives of Türkgücü Munich and the lawyer of Sercan Sararer (31) met in front of the Munich labor court for a quality hearing.
Background: The third division had taken the unilateral option to extend the contract, the other side does not recognize the effectiveness of this clause and insists that Sararer can leave the club on June 30, 2021 free of charge.
The Munich team reaffirmed their efforts that they definitely want to keep their top scorer from last season in order to achieve the club's high goals.

In the coming season Sararer would earn 15,000 euros per month as a basic salary, in the past season it was 9,000 euros per month.

Sararer's lawyer, Mr Rybak, suggested EUR 10,000 as a transfer fee, while
Türkgücü is asking for

a first step.
Not only the judge had the impression that both parties were “miles apart” and that they were also “moving further away from each other with every minute.” According to information from Münchner Merkurs and TZ, Türkgücü would also agree with a transfer fee in the low six-figure range show at least ready to talk.
Both parties now have until June 30th to come to an agreement out of court.
Otherwise, the case will be heard before the Chamber, but then probably not until November.
Is Sararer even allowed to register with a new club during the legal dispute?
