The 29-year-old midfielder collapsed in the first half of the European Championship group game on Saturday.
The Danish association announced that evening that the midfielder was conscious and in a stable condition.
Inter Milan, where Eriksen has been under contract since last year, is in close contact with the Danes' team doctors, according to Marotta.
