In a press release, the prefect of Pyrénées-Atlantiques announces that he has seized the public prosecutor of Bayonne for several breaches of health rules during the derby between Biarritz and Bayonne at the Aguilera stadium.
He points, among other things, to a gauge of 5,000 spectators "clearly exceeded".
"The National Police also noted the sale of alcohol within the stadium."
The prefect "studies the administrative sanctions likely to be taken."
