In the 43rd minute of Denmark-Finland, the first match of the two selections in Group B at the Euro, Christian Eriksen collapsed, alone.
The seconds and the minutes which followed were terrible, the immense concern around the state of the Danish midfielder, remained unconscious in spite of the cardiac massages practiced by the emergency services.
According to the latest information from his Federation, he is now "awake" and in stable condition.
His life would no longer be in danger after what is probably heart failure.
Thoughts and prayers go out to christian eriksen and his family praying everything is ok 🙏🏾

At 29, Eriksen yet arrived in full force of age at the Euro.
It has been regularly used by Antonio Conte this season with Inter Milan (17 starts, 3 goals) in a particularly dense sector of play in terms of quality and quantity.
The brilliant Danish passer, sometimes compared to a "magician" by his teammates since his prosperous time in Tottenham (2013-20) where he was able to play with the French Hugo Lloris and Moussa Sissoko - the first to be warned by telephone within the France group , concerning the worrying state of their former teammate -, is one of the most creative circles in Europe.
Then under the orders of Mauricio Pochettino in 2019, he even becomes the second player in the history of the Premier League - with David Beckham - to chain four consecutive seasons with at least ten assists.
Leader of the Danish Dynamites
Coming to Italy in January 2020 after more complicated last seasons in the Premier League, the pure number 10 trained at Ajax Amsterdam is still rendering some proud services to Milan, with whom he has just won the Scudetto, as in his selection.
He already has more than 100 capes with the Danish Dynamites (109 this Saturday night, for 36 goals), for whom he is, with goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel (34), one of the emblems.

Christian Eriksen is the father of two children, whom he had with his partner Sabrina Kvist Jensen, present at the edge of the lawn at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen as everyone in football prayed that he would emerge from this terrible moment unscathed. Not without recalling the tragedy in 2003, Marc-Vivien Foé.
