There is more good news for SpVgg Freising.

District

- take a sigh of relief for the wrestlers: Thanks to the low incidence value of well below 50, the mat fighters from the Freising district can also fully return to training.

The mood at the three district clubs has risen, and hope for the points round from the beginning of September is alive.

Michael Prill, the chairman of SV Siegfried Hallbergmoos, is enthusiastic: “According to the infection control measures regulation, we have been able to practice our sport with physical contact again for a week - and that in all age ranges.

Of course, the number of participants depends on the size of the hall. ”The easing came at just the right time:“ We now have about twelve weeks until the start of the season in the major league - and this period is enough for the boys to get physically fit. ” Sports events are now possible in the hall - the prerequisite is of course that the pandemic regulations are strictly adhered to.

Siegfried boss Prill: "I hope that it continues like this and that the incidence value does not rise again."

The renovation of the Luitpoldhalle should be completed by the start of the season

The chairman of SpVgg Freising, Michaela Hain, is very happy that the training is starting again and that everything is now moving in the right direction: “I spoke to the city of Freising and was able to agree with those responsible that it started again on Wednesday normal training can be carried out in the Luitpoldhalle. “On Fridays the adults train from 6.30pm to 8pm, the junior wrestlers from 6pm to 7.30pm. As an alternative, the SpVgg is also available on Wednesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm - "whereby we can use one part of the hall for the adults and one part of the hall for the young wrestlers," emphasizes Hain. “At the moment we cannot train in the middle school on Moosstrasse, where we usually held our practice units on Mondays and Wednesdays, but that may change."

It is also gratifying, according to 2nd chairman Christian Hennerfeind, that the renovation of the Luitpoldhalle, which is getting a new roof, should be completed by the start of the season, and that SpVgg Freising can then carry out all Bayernliga home fights in the familiar environment.

"For this we would like to thank the city very much."

Auer wrestlers train twice a week with around six active people

The head of the ASV Au club, Michael Schranner, is optimistic about the start in the group league: “Thanks to the sharp drop in incidence, we are of course more confident again, now things are slowly but surely starting again.

At the moment we train twice a week with about six active people in the old gym in Au - no longer contact-free, but strictly in accordance with the applicable hygiene regulations.

Schranner: "We are making contact with all the young wrestlers so that the youngsters can get back into training again soon."
