The Bolivia and Chilean football teams announced more infections with the Corona virus among players and members of the technical staff.
Reuters quoted sources in the Chilean national team as saying yesterday that one of the members of the mission had contracted the infection and did not show any symptoms and was isolated, but did not specify whether this infected person was a player or official.
In turn, sources in the Bolivian national team announced that two of its players, Oscar Ribera and Jaume Cuellar, had contracted the virus.
And Bolivia had previously announced that three other players had been infected with Corona, including the prominent striker, Marcelo Martins.
Venezuela and Colombia also suffered from infection with the virus during the Copa America, which started on the 13th of June and will continue until the tenth of July and is held in Brazil, one of the countries most affected by the virus in the world.
