The French driver suffered a spectacular crash, but fortunately not serious, during free practice for the German Grand Prix.

Leader of the MotoGP World Championship, Fabio Quartararo had a bad start to his weekend across the Rhine.

The Frenchman suffered an impressive crash during the first free practice of the German Grand Prix in a curve.

As he leaned to the left, the pilot lost control before being ejected from his car.

The Tricolore's Yamaha then took off, bouncing over several tens of meters before ending up in the gravel in the middle of debris.

Quartararo also finished his race in the middle of the gravel zone.

First curled up, he got up, holding his right wrist.

The Frenchman did not need the medical service immediately to leave the track.

He even took care to raise his thumb in the direction of the camera to reassure his team from a distance.

His right forearm underwent surgery in May

She certainly had a few cold sweats watching the scene from the stand.

Fabio Quartararo recently underwent surgery on his right forearm in early May to treat compartment syndrome, a very common disorder among pilots: a muscle and nerve condition that results from repetitive exercise and that causes severe pain, swelling, and disability in the muscles of the legs and arms.
