They should therefore be absent for the top match on Tuesday against the Czech Republic which will determine first place in Group D. Before this meeting the two teams are tied with four points.
Considered as future executives of the Three Lions, just like Phil Foden (21) or Marcus Rashford (23), Mason Mount (22), and Ben Chilwell (24) are playing their first international competition with the selection.
Mount has also participated in both England matches as a starter.
In a statement the English Federation, which revealed the information, also said that all the players in the selection had tested negative.
Mason Mount was due to attend the pre-match press conference on Monday night, but coach Gareth Southgate will ultimately appear on his own, the FA said.
