Krämer is happy, Robold is surprised, Altendorfer is fourth best

Moritz Hartmann shows balanced performance

A Post-SV youngster also made a strong performance. Moritz Hartmann landed fourth in the 14- and 15-year-old class. The gap to third was only eight seconds in the end. Hartmann impressed with balanced performance in all three disciplines. The B-youths had to swim 400 meters, cycle 10 kilometers and run 2 kilometers - Hartmann did it in 35:46 minutes.

The overall victory in the popular triathlon was achieved by an athlete from the Weilheim-Schongau district: Lukas Krämer from Peißenberg, wearing the “Tri-Team Schongau” jersey, was the fastest in the field of 286 men with 55:11 minutes. Krämer was eight seconds ahead of the runner-up. At first it was not clear to outsiders who had won that the participants had been sent out onto the track at intervals due to the hygiene rules. Krämer had the fastest time in the water (5:22) and on the bike (28:30). Only when running (18:40) were some of the others faster. After his last two long distance races in the Ironman category (Hawaii 2019 and Tulsa 2021) did not go as desired, "I am really happy about the victory and glad that I have probably not completely forgotten it",he announced via "Instagram".

Youngster Isabel Altendorfer fourth best woman

The fastest woman in Erding in the popular triathlon was Sarah Schönfelder (Triathlon Grassau).

At the end of the day, Bernried had a time of 1:04:42 hours - so she won the 16- and 17-year-old class.

In the water she was third fastest with 5:48 minutes, and the split times on the bike (33: 58/11. Place) and running (21: 28/9. Place) were remarkable.

Altendorfer started playing in the triathlon group of FC Seeshaupt.

She has been at the federal triathlon base in Nuremberg since last autumn.
