The tournament season began for Carolin Lenttner and Christina Stiglmair with an international start.

In Seefeld, the duo from RV Weilheim-Lichtenau won several loops - and mastered surprising challenges in the process.

Seefeld - When "Jet Set" was allowed to compete again in the dressage arena, the pony mare apparently wanted to show that she was very happy to be able to compete in another tournament. For several months, exercise and training was only possible on the back burner - on the one hand because of an injury, on the other hand because of the corona restrictions. So now the start of the green season for them, and "Jet Set" built a few jumps for joy into the gallop. However, they are not provided for in an L * dressage, deductions by the judges were the result.

Rider Carolin Lenttner from RV Weilheim-Lichtenau took note of the unexpected outbreak "with an amused look", as it says in a message. At the same time, she kept calm and completed the other lessons with the horse according to the regulations. In the end, Lenttner and “Jet Set” even managed to get a loop with fourth place.

“We're back,” said the Peißenberger, happily after the good start to the season, which she had at the horse show in Seefeld (Tyrol).

Lenttner then added more good results.

The next day she took part in an M * test with “Jet Set”.

There the mare was highly concentrated, which was rewarded with 66.042 percent and meant second place.

It went even better for both of them in an L ** test: There the duo from RV Weilheim-Lichtenau took the victory with a remarkable score of 8.5.

In addition to the lessons, the judges noted words such as “balanced”, “safe” and “supple” on the score sheet.

Overall, it was a "pleasing demonstration".

Pony and rider have been harmonizing for a long time.

Last year, Lenttner and “Jet Set” had so many ranking points that they gave the mare's breeder, Reinhard Wild, a second place in the dressage evaluation of the list “Bavaria's best riding pony breeders 2020”.

The performance with the six-year-old mare "Herzlichen Glückwunsch" (nickname: "Hermine") was also something special for Carolin Lenttner in Seefeld.

The large horse, owned by Trakehner breeder Erin Raili and descended from the "elite stallion" Hibiskus, made his very first show start in Seefeld.

The debut in an A level dressage horse test ended with a second place (grade 7.0).

With her eight-year-old riding pony gelding "Opus Magnum K", she convinced in two dressage tests in the L * class with a first and a second place. With two starts in the next higher level L **, a second and a fifth rank jumped out. The highlight was the premiere in an M * class: There Stiglmair and “Opus Magnum K” landed in fourth place, which the rider was “overjoyed” with. Raphaela Adami (RV Weilheim-Lichtenau) was also very satisfied with her results in Seefeld. This included placements with ranks seven and eight in the M ** class.

In the music freestyle for juniors, Corinna Rauch (LRFV Burggen) made it to third place: in the saddle of "Eminenza" she received 68.5 percent. In the Prix St. Georg, Rauch and "Eminenza" also won a ribbon with eighth place (66.754).
