Giannis Antetokounmpo overwhelmed the Phoenix Suns in the third game of the NBA final (120-100) and avoided the 3-0 that would have put his team on the ropes.

The Milwaukee Bucks clothed their star as they had not in the second game.

The Greek player asserted a new demonstration of how devastating he becomes due to his ability to do everything: 41 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists.

In the second game, Anteto had already achieved 42 points, but then the contribution of his teammates was very little.

On the other hand, in the third game, already in Milwaukee, Khris Middleton, who had only added 11 points in the second game in Phoenix, reacted and added 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists.

Jrue Holiday added five triples, 21 points and 9 assists.

More information

  • The offensive power of the Suns surpasses Anteto's recital and makes it 2-0 in the final

  • Chris Paul and the Suns mark territory in the first game of the final against the Bucks

The Suns grabbed 11 fewer rebounds and had five more turnovers than the Bucks.

The Arizonans couldn't find the best version of Devin Booker.

Tucker and the Bucks defense held back the 24-year-old guard who finished 1-for-7 on 3s and a total of 10 points.

Nor did Chris Paul maintain the excellent level of the first two games, although he maintained the type and finished with 19 points and 9 assists.

And Deandre Ayton, the 22-year-old Bahamian center, was left too lonely and also accused the foul problems.

He added 18 points and 9 rebounds.

ELITE OFFENSE.

The Bucks began to mark distances in the first half and reached the halftime with a 15-point lead (60-45).

The Suns reacted after a streak of 25-year-old backup power forward Cameron Johnson to just four points (69-63).

But the Bucks, led by Antetokounmpo, Holiday and Portis, achieved a 19-0 run between the end of the third quarter and the beginning of the quarter and accumulated a 25-point lead: 101-76.

There were 11 minutes left, but the Bucks dominated with authority and were even able to rest their best players in the final minutes.
