PSG: first training for Sergio Ramos

After his medical examination last Wednesday, followed by the signing of his two-year contract with PSG, Sergio Ramos met this Monday morning with some of his new partners.

The 35-year-old central defender took part in his first training at the Loges camp under the orders of his new coach Mauricio Pochettino.

The new number 4 of the PSG remained indoors in the morning to perform physical and flexibility exercises.

But he should tread the lawns of the two fields of the training center and touch his first balls this afternoon, after 16 seasons at Valdebebas, the home of Real Madrid.

Ramos, who currently resides at the hotel, had returned to his native country for the past four days to organize his installation in the French capital.

The former Merengue does not land in completely unknown territory in Paris. He notably found Keylor Navas and Achraf Hakimi, former residents like him of Real Madrid, but also Ander Herrera whom he has already met in the Spanish selection. “I want to start from scratch, do things with a lot of humility, a lot of work, a lot of effort and a lot of commitment. This is what defines me the best. I think I can bring the experience, the maturity, the work, the consistency, the sacrifice, ”explained the four-time European champion after signing for PSG.
