- A week before their first Bayernliga game in the club's history, there is a real cracker to warm up for the footballers of VfB Hallbergmoos: In qualifying for the first main round in the Bavarian Toto Cup, the Hallbergmooser receive the neighboring Bayernligist FC Ismaning.
Kick-off is on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the stadium at the airport.

First competitive game after eight months
Hallbergmoos head coach Gedi Sugzda is full of anticipation for the first competitive game after an eight-month break: "We had a good preparation, and now everyone is eager for the first game," emphasizes the coach.
The cup qualification against the league rivals was as attractive as the recent test matches against the regional league clubs SV Heimstetten (2-4) and TSV Buchbach (1-3).
In Hallbergmoos, of course, the memory also resonates that well-known clubs such as SV Schalding-Heining or SV Wacker Burghausen were guests in the Toto Cup.
Sugzda doesn't let himself be looked at
After the Hallbergmoos footballers survived the preparation for the season without major injuries, Gedi Sugzda now has a broad squad available.
“My gut instinct will decide,” says the coach, who doesn't want to reveal too much to the opponent in terms of formation and starting line-up.
After all, Ismaning fulfills the requirements of a derby: "Due to the proximity of both clubs, this is a special game like usual against Freising."
Before the first compulsory task of the season, coach Sugzda is also reluctant to ask about the winners of the preparation, “because then I would have to name a lot of names.
The guys have all done very well in the past few weeks, ”he draws a positive conclusion.
The fact is, however: The line-up for the cup duel with FC Ismaning should give clear indications of how the promoted from Hallbergmoos will tackle the Bayern League adventure in a week in the home game against Türkspor Augsburg (Saturday, July 24th, 5 p.m., stadium at the airport) becomes.
