Not completely satisfied with their performance in the first of two tests, New Zealand put things right against Fiji with a one-sided (60-13) victory on Saturday in Hamilton, thanks in particular to three tries by the winger of Fijian origin Sevu Reece.

The All Blacks had already largely won (57-23) last Saturday against their Pacific neighbors, but their success had left a little taste of unfinished business.

They had notably conceded three tries and waited for the last quarter of an hour of the meeting before really making a difference.

Deprived of the three-quarter center of La Rochelle Levani Botia, injured, the Fijians, dominated in conquest, did not this time long illusion, despite a good start to the match.

With surgical precision on each of their forays into the opposing 22 meters, New Zealand was already leading 29-6 at halftime, with four tries, including three for Reece alone.

The Crusaders winger did not celebrate them, out of respect for his home country, which he left only at the age of 17.

With the return to the opener of Richie Mo'unga, who had been deputized by Beauden Barrett last weekend, the All Blacks have scored nine tries in total, including one for third row Ardie Savea, back from injury, and two for substitute hooker Samisoni Taukei'aho, who honored his first selection.

Winger Will Jordan also joined in the celebration, signing his seventh try in three games.

In reconquest after a mixed year 2020, Ian Foster's men have a third victory after humiliating Tonga (102-0) for their comeback.

They will face Australia three times in August in the Bledisloe Cup.
