Paris Saint-Germain continues its market for the women's section.

He could recruit a second goalkeeper after finalizing the signing of French international Constance Picaud from Le Havre a few days ago.

This Tuesday, RMC Sport announces that Paris is negotiating the arrival of a Canadian international goalkeeper.

According to our information, it is Stéphanie Labbé (34) who is currently playing at FC Rosengard in the Swedish championship.

The latter is part of the Canadian selection that will play the Olympic Games in Tokyo, with Parisians Ashley Lawrence and Jordyn Huitema.

Discussions are underway between PSG and Rosengard, they block on the transfer fee but all parties are confident about the completion of this transfer for a short-term contract.

Bronze medalist in Rio in 2016

Stéphanie Labbé is represented by the same agent as the Norwegian Celin Bizet Ildhusoy, also recruited by PSG this summer, which could facilitate discussions.

This experienced goalkeeper has never played in France before.

She won the American championship with North Carolina in 2019. In selection, she also gleaned a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

If Paris has not yet finalized this file, it is showing very active after many starts this summer (Endler, Paredes, Morroni, Bruun, Formiga, Nadim). In the arrivals department, Élisa de Almeida (Montpellier), Estelle Cascarino (Bordeaux), Sakina Karchaoui (Lyon), Amanda Ilestedt (Bayern), Kheira Hamraoui (Barcelona), Constance Picaud (Le Havre) and Celin Bizet Ildhusoy (Valerenga) are are all engaged with the champion club of France, now coached by Didier Ollé-Nicolle who succeeds Olivier Échouafni on the bench this season.
