I was not expecting it at all.
I am not going to say that I was not ready to welcome such news, because I had thought well before I applied and I had the hope of being nominated.
But I think a part of me refused to believe it.
And then I had other goals in mind than being a flag bearer.
Besides, my main goal remains to bring back a medal from Tokyo.
If I can do both, then it will be perfect.
But as long as this medal is not around my neck ...
