When the German footballers kick off the Olympics, many fans ask themselves: Where is the DFB logo?

The answer is easy and quick to explain: the soccer team, like all other Olympians, belongs to the German Olympic team.
The so-called Team D competes for Germany and was nominated by the German Olympic Sports Confederation.
"Either a national emblem or the logo of the National Olympic Committee is permitted for the Olympic Games," explains DOSB spokeswoman Ulrike Spitz.
In addition, a small supplier logo up to ten centimeters can be affixed to the sportswear.
It was also noticeable that the jerseys are classically numbered from number one to 18.
