Yes, clearly.

I know my goal, I had been thinking about it for some time now, but I had made sure to find a good balance so that it did not invade all my thoughts for months.

I had found a little training which occupied my mind, and then there was my move which also took a long time.

All this allowed me not to think too much about the Games.
