The opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics has just ended and Paris 2024 is already imagining its own.

Tony Estanguet assures us that the Paris 2024 organizing committee is currently working on the “conditions of realization” of this ceremony, both with the IOC and with the city of Paris.

“There is still a lot of work but it is a magnificent project (…).

The ceremonies will reflect what we have been doing from the start: rethinking each marker of the Games to open them up to as many people as possible, ”he said.

Emmanuel Macron thus hopes to create a “popular ceremony”, “open to all” and with “meaning for the French”. Appointment is made for July 26, 2024!
