It has been a real happiness, in a difficult year, which is far from over.

A reward, too, for all the sacrifices and the work carried out in conditions which, sometimes, due to the sanitary context, were not easy to implement.

During this delicate year, you varied your training a lot by including disciplines such as yoga or ju-jitsu ...

Yes.

Mentally, it does me good to touch other disciplines.

It frees me from the pressure to think only of judo, judo, judo… Brazilian ju-jitsu consists of working on the ground while yoga allows me to stretch and meditate.

I use it almost as a mental preparation.

I also worked a lot on my mobility, my flexibility.

I sometimes have hip pain and I try to be more flexible and stronger in this area.
